In charge of our sister store and original spa show room, Conroe Spas Plus—Alan Snelling spearheaded Olympic Pools and Conroe Spas’ hot tub department for over 16 years. Under his leadership, the companies have maintained extraordinarily high levels of customer service, receiving awards every year from Sundance Spas.

By holding true to values such as integrity, honesty, and respect—Alan was able to promote a comfortable buying environment for his customers as well as a fun and healthy working atmosphere for his employees which translated to overall growth, even through challenges in the economy.

Alan understood his market, recognizing the need to reach out to a broader base by capturing an online presence as well as actively “competing” by showing off his products at local trade shows. He wanted to make clear that in Houston, we are the #1 Hot Tub Dealer.

Sadly, Alan is no longer with us as he passed May 18th, 2014. He was loved by too many to count, as a local pastor, husband, step-father, son, brother, and uncle he will be truly missed.

So, it is our goal to make Al proud, carrying on his legacy for many years to come and make sure that every last one of our customers is 100% Satisfied.
